Rock Steady Boxing

Rock Steady Boxing is a nationally recognized health and wellness program designed for people with Parkinson’s Disease. It’s based on a foundation of non-contact boxing, and very effective for improving symptoms of PD,

Silver Sneakers / Silver Fit

Muscular Strength & Range of Movement is the core class for this group exercise program. It is designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance, and coordination.

FBC Fitness is open to the community and has something all ages! We offer multiple group fitness classes such as Boot Camp, Pilates, Muscle Pump, Rip Row, Spin, Build & Burn, and Boxing. A variety of Stretch and Pilates classes are available as well. 
Our trainers provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, ensuring proper form and reducing the risk of injury. You'll get the motivation and accountability you need to help you stay committed and achieve your fitness goals.
