Kyle Stevens

Kyle Stevens

Kyle is from Garland, Texas.  He met his wife, Jennifer, at Stephen F. Austin University, where they both graduated.  They have been married for nearly 20 years and have 3 children: Kyleigh, Michaela, and Wilson.  After college, Kyle taught history and coached various sports throughout Texas before settling in the Dallas area.   In 2006, both Kyle and Jennifer felt a strong call to serve as international missionaries. This call led them to serve with the IMB for eight years in Belgrade, Serbia.  As God allowed them to be part of church planting in Belgrade and seeing the Spirit move and raise up national leaders, Kyle and Jennifer felt the stirring of new opportunity and ways to serve the Kingdom.

In August of 2017, Kyle joined the FBC staff as our new Missionary Pastor.  In this position, Kyle will continue to teach evangelism and discipleship, help others creatively plant churches in Hot Springs and central Arkansas, as well as develop partnerships with NAMB and IMB church planters.

Kyle is passionate about teaching evangelism and discipleship, quality coffee and the Dallas Cowboys.  While Kyle strives to develop an interest in Razorback football, he is finding it difficult at this time.  He and Jennifer enjoy traveling and are looking forward to what God has to offer in Hot Springs.
